 Incident Investigations
Every agency/organization has had unexpected incidents that required an investigation. Whether the incident required the cause, fault, safety review, follow-up, disciplinary action, legal litigation, or lessons learned.

Utilizing a third-party service aids in the process of employment disputes and insurance policies.

Things happen, accidents occur, employees have disputes.  Some are minor and inconsequential.  Some are major or can cause significant litigation, cost, or loss of licensure.

Often it can be easier to have a third party handle an investigation to ensure there is no bias, special treatment, personal involvement, or lack of knowledge in determining the most appropriate outcome.

Commonly policies were not in place or programs developed to minimize risk or ensure proper review and follow-up.

From your site survey, we work together with your internal team to develop plans, priorities, and goals to set you up for success and develop standards, practices, and methods.  Often we see things you don't realize that a fresh look can identify and bring to you to discuss improvement.

How compliant is your organization?

Compliance is a prevalent business concern, partly because of an ever-increasing number of regulations that require companies to be vigilant about maintaining a full understanding of their regulatory compliance requirements. Compliance is either a state of being in accordance with established guidelines or specifications or the process of becoming so.  The definition of compliance can also encompass efforts to ensure that organizations are abiding by industry regulations, state and local laws, and government legislation.
